As a recent client of Build Professional (BP) we are pleased to provide this letter of recommendation. The team at Build Professional were able to provide us with a comprehensive renovation service in mid 2024, started at the concept design phase through to the finishing touches that transformed our 1990’s home.
What stood out the most and provided us the greatest value add was the advice that Matt Hall and his team provided us during the design concept phase. BP were able to produce cost effective design alternatives that we hadn’t considered to squeeze more value from our renovation. Their design and architect team were able to promptly produce plans, estimates and documentation that satisfied our requirements – there were ‘no surprises’.
During the build phase, the BP team used multiple platforms to communicate with us and these were prompt, easy, and concise. We always had high visibility of what was happening and what was coming next. Tim and the building team were professional, committed, took pride in their work and clearly enjoy working together. Matt and the team demonstrated flexibility and agility when we introduced some late design changes and, with input from both sides, BP were able to implement the change and remain within time and budget expectations.
On reflection, ‘no detail was too small’ for the BP team, demonstrated particularly during the maintenance period where their efforts to address all residual matters really stood out.
As homeowners, our goal was to find a builder we could trust and have confidence in to deliver on our vision. When we started with BP we were confident we had made the right choice and BP were able to maintain our confidence throughout the four-month renovation. As stressful and disruptive as renovations are, BP delivered on their promise to minimise these impacts by doing what they said they would do and involving us in their decision making throughout.
Our renovation outcomes speak for themselves – our quality transformation was delivered on time, aligned to our budget and exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Matt and all the team at Build Professional, we are completely thrilled with the results!
