We first contacted Build Professional in 2019. Ryleigh visited us for a design consultation, and we found him patient and insightful. He listened to the things we said worked well in our home and what didn’t, and also to how we wanted to live our life. We had a fairly clear idea of what we were hoping for, but Ryleigh took our ideas and made them much better – greatly improving the liveability of our home.

We chose to delay the project over covid and reconnected in 2022, commencing works mid-2023.

The construction process was smooth and the team, led by project manager Tim, he was very easy to deal with. Their quality of workmanship is high, but on top of that – they were friendly and tidied up after themselves! We lived on site for part of the project, which added some complexity, but they handled it brilliantly and we had no complaints.

At all times, we felt that the managing director, Matt Hall, was available to us and cared about our project. He should be very proud of the business he has built and his team. We are thrilled with the result they’ve achieved for us.
